working closely with the Head of Mission Relations, actively integrating into the business strategy.

Responsibilities:
Relationship management & business development
- Liaise with diplomatic and expat community, maintain Gerry’s presence
- Understand and identify opportunities for synergies between Gerry’s and CD/international
- Assist in resolving customer’s complaints quickly and effectively
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors and prospective clients
- Draft service proposals and participate in contract drafting if and when required
- Promote Gerry’s Visa services within the CD
CSR & Event Management
- Identify potential partners for CSR activities (CD/NGOs)
- Propose and manage CSR activities
- Manage high profile events with diplomatic missions, international companies, including visits, dinners, and corporate events
Skills & Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of diplomatic protocol
- Event management
- Public speaking and presentation
- Connections across the expat community of Karachi
- A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style
