FPCL (FFBL Power Co Ltd ) Jobs Instrument Technician:
URGENT HIRING! 01 x Instrument Technician required in E&I Department at FPCL Plant Site, Eastern Zone, Bin Qasim, Karachi.
The candidate should be able to perform following tasks:
- Perform work incorporating strict adherence to Safety procedures and best practices and continually observe for safe working practices.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance and/or compliance activities on the plant instrumentation and control systems.
- Cover Unit start-up and shut-down activities with assistance.
- Calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain power plant instrumentation systems and equipment.
- Utilizes the Computer Based Maintenance system.
- Performs troubleshooting, documentation, and assists in the resolution of problems.
- Assembling, repairing, testing and troubleshooting various control valves and PSV,s.
- Calibrates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs Continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) and other process analyzers Like pH, Conductivity, Silica, oxygen etc.
- Well familiar with troubleshooting and installation of Bently Nevada system.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement and testing of fire alarms system and variety of fire detectors.
Minimum education: Matric / DAE
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemical Industry or Power Plant.
