Position Title: Performance Analyst

foodpanda is looking for a talented individual to join the team as Performance Analyst in Pakistan. The role is based in Karachi and will report into Manager Consumer & Business Insights.
Requirements:
- Lead end-to-end data projects, extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive insights and automated reporting, impacting key business decisions.
- Design and develop visually captivating dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using Tableau.
- Drive essential business management processes, collaborating closely on monthly business reviews, forecasting, and growth planning activities.
- Regularly monitor and analyze business metrics data to identify key opportunities for enhancing KPI performance, scaling growth, and optimizing spend.
- Lead exploratory data analysis initiatives to uncover untapped areas for business growth and optimization.
- Collaborate on strategic projects with cross-functional teams, including the CEO’s office, focusing on process enhancements, data projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain robust data practices, ensuring integrity, documentation, and knowledge sharing for effective data utilization.
Requirements:
- You have 2-3 years experience as a BI/Data analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or any other analytical field.
- Analytical mind and business acumen with the ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns, trends, and form conclusions based on findings.
- Profound analytical skills, strong data orientation, and proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

foodpanda is looking for a talented individual to join the team as Project Trainee – Operationsin Pakistan. The role is based in Karachi and will report into Specialist Operations.
To assist with critical projects related to vendor performance analysis. As we continue to focus on optimizing our operations, the need for dedicated support in areas such as vendor fail rate, partial order acceptance, and vendor offline hours has become increasingly evident. As an Operations Project Trainee for our Shops in the Non-Food Vertical (NFV), you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our partners. Your primary focus will be on driving Operational Excellence for our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Fail Rate Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze vendor decline reasons to identify trends and patterns in the failure rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate vendor fail rates.
- Curb Partial Order Acceptance:
- Evaluate and assess SKUs in partially accepted orders to identify stock replenishment needs for vendors.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline processes to curb POR.
- Vendor Offline Hours:
- Track and analyze vendor offline hours to understand the impact on overall order growth.
- Propose and implement solutions to minimize vendor offline hours and enhance operational continuity resulting in business growth.
- Vendors’ Migration + Integrations:
- To ensure that software migrations to pelican are carried out smoothly, alongside aligning vendors and regional teams for integrations.
- Weekly Connects, Reporting & Documentation:
- Conduct weekly meetings with AMs and generate regular reports on vendor performance metrics for AM’s review.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis, findings, recommendations & SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Graduated
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
