Responsibilities:
๏ท Drive e-commerce sales by managing and monitoring online levers including data analysis, SEO/SEM, email marketing, customer experience, and CRM.
๏ท Develop strategies to improve website sales conversions
๏ท Oversee all digital marketing functions โ SEO, paid search, email marketing
๏ท Manage all web analytics
๏ท Generate reports and analysis on performance of online marketing campaigns, competitor activity, and trends
๏ท Manage website improvements
๏ท Oversee and develop strategy and execution of email marketing and customer acquisition
๏ท Execute new ways to generate traffic and increase engagement and purchase
๏ท Develop and monitor ROI of digital initiatives
๏ท Work with shipping companies to reduce transportation costs
๏ท Deliver an exceptional customer service program that offers every consumer the whole brand experience
๏ท Maintain an awareness of market trends and forthcoming customer initiatives, monitoring online competitors
