Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Manage and timely rectify the breakdowns on the plant and machineries ensuring that the MTTR is kept at a minimum.
- Discuss all the issues faced and the status of work during the previous shift.
- Carry out repairs and refurbishment of any parts/assemblies which need to be replaced on the machines and manage in-house fabrication of low value assets.
- Coordinate with contractors/service providers for smooth operation of the plant and timely complete the jobs assigned to them.
- Place the order for any backup spare parts to keep it in the maintenance workshop.
- Coordinate with the cross functional team for weekly shutdown related activities and plan the spare parts and additional resources required during the weekly shutdown maintenance activity.
- Prepare and submit the shift end reports mentioning the status of the plant, notifications raised and their status, pending issues, spare parts requirements, basic RCAs of breakdowns during their shifts.
- Keep a record of all daily, weekly, monthly, or annual activities / reports.
