We are Hiring Assistant Manager Supply Chain

Location: Head Office

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in an EPC Company.
• Must have experience of purchasing mechanical material like steel plates, pipes, fittings, firefighting equipment, electrical and civil material.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good contacts with major vendors/suppliers in the market.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to optimize quality, cost, and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure compliance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Local purchasing as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
