The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
01 Position / Job Title: Credit Hub Head (VP / SVP)
Reporting to: GM Credit Risk – SCO – Credit Risk Management Division
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having Master’s degree and / or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of Banking experience out of which 07 years in Commercial and / or SME either on the business and / or risk management side in a Commercial Bank(s)
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Leadership & people management
- Credit risk assessment skills for SME / Commercial
- Exposure to agricultural lending will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SBP’s prudential regulations
- Understanding of different types of collaterals
- Proficient in the use of MS office
- Problem solving & decision making
- The ability to use knowledge of specific sectors and the broader economy to make a judgment about specific credits
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To exercise credit approval authority delegated from time to time to approve/ recommend proposals for approval. Processing will include SME, commercial and agriculture credit proposals for both conventional and Islamic banking related to Baluchistan Hub. Exercise of powers to be done while analyzing credit risk and assess obligors credit worthiness in conjunction with the collateral offered, and ensure compliance with Bank’s internal policies, procedures and SBP prudential regulations
- To manage the credit team for the regions allocated to the Hub
- To assist and support GM Credit Risk with credit review, assessment, and monitoring
- To liaison with different stakeholders like business, CAD, audit etc., at Hub and regional level to ensure smooth operations
- To ensure audit requirements and observations related to their own area are addressed (both internal and external) and implement measures to minimize recurrence and liaise with Head Office for handling audit observations
- To ensure all processes are completed within the specified turnaround time
- To monitor the credit portfolio for early warnings, maintain portfolio MIS, staff data and ensure its submission timely
- To train and develop the team maintaining high standards and appropriate succession planning
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Place of Posting: Peshawar, Karachi
02 Position / Job Title: Regional Executive Credit (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Credit Hub Head Balochistan – Credit Risk Management Division
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having Master’s degree and / or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 06 years of Banking experience out of which at least 04 years in Commercial and / or SME either on the business and / or risk management side in a Commercial Bank(s)

- To ensure audit requirements and observations related to their own area are addressed (both internal and external) and implement measures to minimize recurrence and liaise with Head Office for handling audit observations

03 Position / Job Title: Unit Head – Agri Program Lending (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Wing Head – Policy & Portfolio Monitoring – Retail & Program Lending
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 06 years of Banking experience out of which 04 years in Agri policy and / or credit risk and / or Consumer / SME / SBP schemes and / or product program based lending
- Experience in Housing finance, autos finance and other secured lending products will be an added advantage
- Candidates having experience of working in a similar role in Commercial Bank(s) will be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Sound knowledge of Agri / Consumer / Retail policies, SME financing and SBP regulations
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and agricultural market dynamics
- Goal oriented, result driven with ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with deadlines
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Detail oriented and sound business acumen
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To formulate, review and upkeep of the Agriculture Credit Policy and all farm / non farm product programs
- To set target market, risk acceptance criteria, per acre limits, tenors and collateral norms
- To establish and monitor early warning indicators (EWIs) and emerging risk triggers across the agriculture portfolio recommending timely risk mitigation measures
- To develop and maintain portfolio risk appetite parameters, concentration thresholds and risk monitoring dashboards for effective senior management oversight
- To ensure credit policies and processes stay effective and enable quality credit decisions
- To run periodic portfolio and multidimensional analysis; recommend evidence based policy tweaks
- To own the approval authority matrix, deviation framework and exception monitoring
- To provide credit risk input to projects, new product development and market intelligence
- To track business, market and regulatory developments to keep policy relevant and current
- To coordinate stakeholder feedback into product programs / manuals; document all policy changes with adequate audit trail
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

04 Position / Job Title: Credit Manager (AVP)
Reporting to: Regional Executive Credit – Credit Risk Management Division
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan preferably with accounting or finance background
- Candidates having Master’s degree in finance, economics or ACCA qualifications will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 06 years of experience in Commercial and / or SME banking either on the business and / or risk management side in a Commercial Bank(s)
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Credit analysis
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Knowledge of SME and Commercial financing products

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To support Regional Executive Credit in review and analyzing credit proposals of SME, Commercial and Agri including Quantitative analysis and Climate related risks
- To analyze working capital and requirements for SME, Commercial and Agri segments including production and development loans as well as seasonal financing requirements
- To comply with internal Policies and Regulatory guidelines
- To structure credit limits in conjunction with actual requirements of the borrowers and in line with the offered collateral
- To assist in rectifying internal / external audit observations
- To coordinate with business groups for clarifications and relevant information
- To understand farm and non farm credit lifecycle as awareness of green banking, environmental & social and climate related risks
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

05 Position / Job Title: Credit Analyst (AVP)
Reporting to: GM Credit Risk – Credit Risk Management Division
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international degree granting institution recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having Master’s degree and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 06 years of Banking experience with at least 04 years in Corporate and / or Commercial banking either on the business and / or risk management side in a Commercial Bank(s)
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Credit and financial statement analysis
- Knowledge of Corporate and Commercial financing products
- Understanding of different types of collaterals and respective security assessments
- Knowledge of SBP prudential regulations
- Good interpersonal skills, business acumen and proficiency in the use of MS Office
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To analyze credit proposals and requests, assess creditworthiness of the obligors in conjunction with business cycles and cashflow, identify risks, and suggest mitigants while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and with the Bank’s internal policies and procedures.
- To coordinate with relevant business groups to solicit relevant information for conducting due diligence
- To partner with business and risk teams to develop and execute credit analysis, in consideration of market dynamics, client industry (including industry risks and client competitive positioning within the industry)
- To analyze client cash flow and liquidity position of obligor with ratio analysis and / or stress testing balance sheet strength, cash flow and profitability vulnerability
- To analyze reputational risk profile, including climate and sustainability risks
- To conduct security assessments, review search reports and analyze collateral / security
- To recommend requests for GM Credit Risk approval & recommendations
- To provide insightful and timely portfolio analysis
- To assist in internal/ external audits
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type
