Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire an ” Assistant Manager Quality Assurance“.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure the quality of parts received from suppliers meets the required standards.
-Verify all documents to ensure compliance with International Standards and Customer Standards.
-Address and verify complaints received from the Assembly department.
-Ensure proper implementation of the sampling plan for quality checks.
-Verify and monitor corrective actions taken by vendors against Quality Deficiency Reports (QDRs).
-Plan and conduct audits of vendor parts to ensure compliance.
-Schedule and ensure the proper implementation of vendor audits.
-Compile detailed audit reports and action plans for continuous improvement.
-Oversee the compilation of inspection reports for new developments or sample parts.
-Verify and monitor inspection reports for sales return material.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
-3-4 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
-Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
