We are looking to hire an ” Assistant Manager Production”.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and meticulously plan production priorities, workflows, and schedules to maximize output efficiency.
-Assist in managing production processes in injection molding, with a focus on modern techniques, to ensure high-quality output and optimal efficiency.
-Proactively identify and promptly report operational and maintenance issues to prevent potential disruptions to production timelines.
-Schedule and oversee routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
-Address and resolve employee concerns and complaints professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
-Thoroughly document work instructions and procedures to build a comprehensive knowledge base for operational tasks.
-Uphold the highest standards of product quality, while maintaining a strong focus on safety in all production activities.
Requirements:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field is required.
-A minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and improve production processes.
-Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments to achieve production goals.
