HEAD PURCHASE (TEXTILE)

We are seeking a Head Purchase who involves managing the purchasing team, developing strategic purchasing plans, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining inventory levels in textile sector. He will work closely with various departments to ensure that all procurement activities align with the company’s goals and objective.

General Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Preferably MBA/BBA in Supply Chain or Related Field)

Experience: 10+ years with minimum 5 years in department head capacity in textile sector.

Gender: Male/Female

Skill Set:

• Preparing comparative reports before purchasing of goods for approvals of quotations, maintaining inventory controls and inventory planning.  
• Keep informed of current development in the field of purchasing, prices and market conditions.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to maintain stock levels.
• Make sure timely arrangements of all supplies and accessories.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

(RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Executive-(RM Procurement) with a strong foundation in accounting principles to join our Procurement team. The successful candidate will manage our supply chain operations, negotiate with vendors, and ensure that our company secures high-quality and cost-effective goods and services, while closely monitoring budgets and financial compliance.

General Eligibility Criteria

Education: ACCA/Equivalent (Preferably MBA/BBA in Supply Chain or Related Field)

Experience: 2 to 3 Years experience in same field (Knowledge of SAP Preferred)

Gender: Male/Female

Skill Set:

• Management of cost-effective procurement strategies and negotiate favorable supplier terms.
• Oversee procurement cycles, ensuring accuracy in orders, contracts, timely delivery & stock reconciliation.
• Responsible to make accurate accounts payable/receivable and tax (Sale/Income) compliance.
• Responsible for making payments/receipts for the vendors and customers.
• Management of detailed records for audits, taxes, and compliance.
