A well reputed Textile manufacturing and exporting company required experienced Assistant Manager to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving internal processes. This role is crucial in maintaining our company’s integrity and efficiency.
General Eligibility Criteria:
Education: ACCA Finalist / Affiliate .ACMA Finalist, CAF, Master from reputable university.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience of Textile industry in internal & external audit, or a related field
Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities:
Audit Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the internal audit plan.
Audit Execution: Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas. Identify and assess risks, and evaluate internal controls.
Reporting: Prepare clear and concise audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and perform follow-up audits as needed.
Process Improvement: Work with various departments to recommend and implement process improvements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Training & Development: Mentor and train junior audit staff.
