Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Executive (Admin)

We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Admin Department as an Executive. The role focuses on maintaining overall cleanliness and housekeeping standards, managing Blue-Collar hiring, overseeing the waste shed, and supervising janitorial staff.

Qualification & Experience: BBA/MBA or any other relevant degree. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Textile Apparel industry.

Requirements:

• Ensure overall cleanliness and proper housekeeping of production areas and surrounding premises.
• Manage Blue-Collar recruitment and wage-related matters.
• Supervise janitorial staff and ensure availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Oversee lawns, gardens, and plantation maintenance.
• Monitor worker’s mess/canteen for hygiene, cleanliness, and food standards.
• Manage waste shed operations, including housekeeping, segregation, weighing, and record keeping.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills and Risk Assessment Ability.
