Technical Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers in development, testing, and implementation of products and services
- Engage with Product Owners to define use-cases, requirements, and milestones
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development sprints
- Ensure best practices, operational excellence, and quality across the work product
- Play a critical role in business planning, working closely with other managers to influence long-term technical goals and strategies
Skills Required:
- Extensive understanding of the software development life-cycle and its methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects in a production environment
- In-depth understanding of MVC architecture and modern design patterns
- Exceptional attention to detail, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in reputable service-based software organizations.
