Required candidate must have hands on experience of implementing OD related tasks that includes but not limited to: revamping org. structures, implementing HCM ERP setup, performance appraisals and rewards planning & management, etc.
Must be HR graduate from any HEC recognized reputable institution.

Education: CA Intermediate / Qualified or related finance degree from any HEC recognized reputable institution.
