As an Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving retail sales, leading a team of Wealth Managers, and contributing to the growth of Assets Under Management through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Wealth Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Drive retail sales and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Conduct daily client meetings and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
- Organize roadshows, client events, and branch-level promotional activities.
- Monitor team performance and submit sales MIS and activity reports.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Heads and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, wealth management, banking, investments, or financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- ICM Certification (mandatory) or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of joining, as per SECP requirements.
