Position: Manager Incident Response

Qualification: Preferably a Master’s degree or, at least, a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign University. Certified in CHFI/CySA+/CISM/CEH/SOC equivalent security certifications.

Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:

Assist the line management in information security incident management activities in the Security Operation Center (SOC), ensuring effective identification of anomalies, analysis, containment, remediation, and recovery.
Strong command of using dashboards and SOC tools.
Assist in performing security operations using various SOC tools.
Manage threat intelligence information from multiple sources, including open source and Threat Intelligence (TI) platforms, digital risk protection, external attacks, to obtain timely responses for remediating security incidents.
Prepare threat intelligence reports by aggregating relevant intelligence information.
Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and international standards and industry-related standards related to information and cybersecurity.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of incident response methodologies, procedures, and techniques.
Excellent communication skills.

Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Position: Unit Head Security Assurance, Engineering & Architect

Qualification: Preferably a Master’s degree or, at least, a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign University. Certified in CISM/CISSP/GISP/CISA/CEH or equivalent security certifications.

Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:

Build and supervise a cohesive management system team for information security assurance engineering and architect strategy.
Develop and integrate cybersecurity designs for IT assets, including applications, system databases, and networks with multi-level security requirements for processing multiple classifications of data.
Ensure that developed systems and architectures are in line with the bank’s approved policies and guidelines of cybersecurity.
Identify and evaluate potential risks as per the bank’s policies and procedures.
Plan and prepare proposals for information security projects.
Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and arrange internal and external penetration testing of information assets.
Provide input to the system development life-cycle support plans and the concept of cybersecurity operations.
Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security and technology.
Ability to apply network security architecture concepts like topology, protocols, components, along with relevant tools and methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of cyber threats and countermeasures.
Leadership, motivational, team-building, risk assessment, critical thinking & multitasking skills.
In-depth knowledge of risk management practices & financial modeling.
Ability to work under pressure, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Preferably a Master’s degree or, at least, a 4-year Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign University. Certified in CISM/CISA/CISSP-ISSMP/ISO27001/PCIB or equivalent certifications.

Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:

Manage risk and compliance with SWIFT, SBP, CBB, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
Manage a cohesive compliance operations system for all compliances and customer security programs.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audits of the Bank.
Be well-versed with tools and technology related to information security.
Track and report on the compliance status of each in-scope requirement to determine enterprise-level compliance.
Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and international standards and industry-related standards related to information and cybersecurity.
Leadership, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
