Position: Manager Branch Operations
Core Responsibilities:-
- Providing the best customer services to all customers to enhance their
shopping experience and deepening loyalty towards the brand. - Reviewing PV reports and ensuring its compliance in a timely manner.
- Motivating the store team in order to achieve department/store financial
targets. - Handling customer complaints.
Job Description General Manager - Ensuring all merchandise is neatly displayed, dusting is done and
merchandise is tagged. - Ensuring staff is following company policies.
- Generating sales opportunities by handling customers in order to train the
staff. - Providing product knowledge to the concerned team members.
- Reviewing demands as per requirement.
10.Review company fix assets list and ensure the items are intact & workable
condition and available in the premises.
11.Must be able to delegate tasks/prioritize/explain/setup deadlines/follow up/assist with execution and hold accountable appropriate persons if the
given tasks are not done in a timely manner.
12.Ensuring sufficient staffing is available to assist the customers.
13.Review financial and inventory reports to enhance work efficiency.
14.Attend meetings, review BI reports and share productivity plan with the
company management.
15.Any other tasks assigned by the store management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):-
The following performance factors are the indicators for the position.
- Sales Target Achievement Percentage.
- Employee Turnover Ratio & Training.
- Stock Turnover/SFS Percentage.
- Inventory Record Accuracy Percentage.
- SOP Compliance.
- Profit & Loss Statements Control. (Spot Expenses, Sales Outs, R&M, ETC)
- Merchandise damages percentage.
Grooming Standards:-
- Must remain neat & tidy during working hours.
- Must wear company allotted uniform during working hours.
- Must meet ethical criteria in regards to personal grooming.
- Remain visually appealing and well organized.
- Must maintain a professional and positive posture during working hours.
Eligibility Requirement:-
- At least 5 year FMCG/Concerned Department valid experience will be
preferred - Graduation/Master’s Degree holder.
- Must have prior 5 – 7 years of valid professional experience in a similar
industry type. - Must be available for extra working hours.
Skills Required:-
- People management skills.
- Team management skills.
- Upselling/Cross Selling/An-On Selling Skills.
- Ability to communicate and understanding the customer’s point of view.
- Should have understanding of operations.
- Ability to handle multiple customers.
- Team Building, Creative problem solving and communication skills.
