Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya currently seeking a dynamic and experienced 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 to join our leading textile fashion retail industry.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- Proven experience as a Merchandiser within the textile fashion retail industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-
- Responsible for closely monitoring the entire production process to ensure that it is going as per the plan and meeting the required quality standards.
- Responsible for implementing and executing the production plan, coordinating with various departments such as sourcing, production, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow.
- Tracks the progress of ongoing production activities and ensures that all tasks are completed within the specified timelines. Closing reports
- Conducts regular checks and reconciliations of fabric and trim inventories to ensure that the necessary materials are available in the quantities required for production.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to understand the target market, create product assortments, and develop a cohesive merchandise strategy.
- Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product assortment planning, pricing, ordering, and inventory control.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute effective marketing and promotional activities to support product launches and achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and offering actionable insights for improving merchandise performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending trade shows, workshops, and training sessions as required.
