The ideal candidate should have knowledge of transportation and distribution system. The incumbent will be responsible to support the section head with overall management of the dispatch department. He will also be responsible for managing customer service activities including order entry, customer satisfaction, interface with sales, production, labs, regulatory, and quality ensuring that Agha Steel Industries’ exemplary quality and customer service in marketplace including resolving critical customer complaints.

The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of local transporters and a knowledge of various routes. Knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage.
