Position Vacant: Team Lead – Business Development Department
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Individual Possess a Bachelor / Master, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in an E-Commerce.
Travelling Required: Yes (on need basis)
Responsibilities:
- Creating a high energy and target focused environment
- Educating and inspiring the team
- Meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives
- Manage a selection of client accounts to nurture and ensure maximum spend through up-selling and cross selling areas of the business
- Full responsibility for your clients and be accountable for researching and adding new contacts to the CRM for sales development and e-marketing purposes
- Research prospective departments and contacts by using social media, marketing resources and recent articles, ensuring all CRM information is kept up to date.
- Bring new potential vendor & maintain all active vendor.
- Manage the team of vendor manager for planning & reporting
- Evaluating the market for opportunities and focus only on those opportunities which are beneficial for the company and the goals which are set by the management.
