Position Description: Medical Claims Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive report on approved and rejected health claims as per company’s guidelines. He / she will be responsible for appropriate correspondence with the corporate departments of hospitals, manage medical hotlines and ensure effective client facilitation. He /she will also provide input on strategic decisions that affect the business unit and suggest process improvements.
Qualification and Professional Experience:Â MBBS, with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Claims Administration. FLMI, CII will also be preferred.
