Ufone Jobs Executive: Ufone is looking for Executive (Priority Services) – Hyderabad to deal with high revenue customers who are tagged as Priority Customers. The position is responsible to provide proactive customer services to the customers, and develop relationships with them for effective customer retention.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer services to assigned Ufone Priority customers and ensure proper customer management
- Ensure Portfolio Management, and performance target achievement
- Provide feedback on day to day operations of assigned portfolio to Line Manager
- Remain abreast on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value added services offered by the Company
- Implementation of ISO Standards, Communication Policy, and Company policies
Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor`s Degree
Experience Required:
- 1 year relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks
