CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: The Implementation & Coordination Wing, S&GAD invites applications from eligible candidates of Punjab domicile for recruitment against the following positions on purely contract basis under the development project titled “Establishment of Punjab Performance Management Unit (PPMU) I&C Wing, S&GAD.

Positions, Qualification & Experience

1. General Manager (Monitoring, Policy & Research Analysis)

• No. of Positions: 1
• PPS Scale: PPS 10
• Age Limit: 35-45
• Pay Package: 625,000

Qualification / Experience:

16 years of education is required in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Public Policy Software Development, Data Analysis, Information Technology or relevant fields from a Local or Foreign University recognized by HEC.

10 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis or relevant field. Public Sector experience will be preferred.

2. Manager (Admin & Finance)

• No. of Positions: 1
• PPS Scale: PPS 9
• Age Limit: 30-50
• Pay Package: 425,000

Qualification / Experience:

MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent 16-year education in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Management from a HEC-recognized University.

10-years’ experience in Administration and Finance. Public sector experience will be preferred.

3. Manager (Policy & Research Analysis)

Qualification / Experience:

16 years of education is required in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Data Analysis, Information Technology or relevant Fields from a Local or Foreign University recognized by HEC.

08 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis or relevant field. Public Sector experience will be preferred.

4. Data Analyst

Qualification / Experience:

16 years of education is required in Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Data Analysis, information Technology or relevant Fields from a Local or Foreign University recognized by HEC.

06 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis or relevant field. Public Sector experience will be preferred.

5. Assistant Manager (Operations)

• No. of Positions: 2
• PPS Scale: PPS 7
• Age Limit: 30-40
• Pay Package: 220,000

Qualification / Experience:

16 years of education is required in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, Data Analysis, Information Technology or relevant Fields from a Local or Foreign University recognized by HEC.

06 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis or relevant field. Public Sector experience will be preferred.

6. Assistant Manager (Inspections)

Qualification / Experience:

16 years of education is required in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, Data Analysis, Information Technology or relevant Field from a Local or Foreign University recognized by HEC.

06 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis or relevant field. Public Sector experience will be preferred.

7. Assistant Manager (Finance)

• PPS Scale: PPS 7
• Age Limit: 25-35
• Pay Package: 210,000

Qualification / Experience:

Master/Bachelor (16 years) in Commerce, Accounts, Finance, ACCA, CA, or BBA (Hons) from a HEC-recognized University.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), expertise in accounting software, financial management, and budgeting and familiarity with e-Office and procurement rules (PPRA).

3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts, budgeting, and cash handling, preferably in a government department or foreign-aided project. Public sector experience will be preferred.

8. Personal Assistant

• No. of Positions: 3
• PPS Scale: PPS 7
• Age Limit: 25-40
• Pay Package: 200,000

Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (at least 2nd division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

5-7 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role is required. Public sector experience will be preferred.

English Shorthand Speed is 80 words per minute.

Typing Speed 40 words per minute. Certification in MS Office from a recognized institution is mandatory.

9. Research Associate

• No. of Positions: 3
• PPS Scale: PPS 6
• Age Limit: 21-35
• Pay Package: 150,000

Qualification / Experience:

16 years of education is required in relevant fields like Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Data Analysis, and Information Technology or in relevant fields from a Local or Foreign University recognized by HEC.

02 years of experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis or relevant field. Public Sector experience will be preferred.

10. Computer Operator

• No. of Positions: 5
• PPS Scale: PPS 6
• Age Limit: 20-30
• Pay Package: 150,000

Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (at least 2nd division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

3-5 years of relevant experience as a Computer Operator / Stenographer, or similar role is required. Public sector experience will be preferred.

11. Field Officer

• No. of Positions: 18
• PPS Scale: PPS 6
• Age Limit: 21-35
• Pay Package: 150,000

Qualification / Experience:

Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / I.Com) or equivalent from a recognized Board.

2 years relevant experience in Public or Private Sector. Public Sector experience will be preferred.

General Instructions:

1. Applications must be submitted online through the Punjab Government Job Portal at **https://www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk** and Proforma filled through Job Portal must be sent via courier service along with CV, recent passport-size photograph, attested copies of academic and experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, so as to reach the office of the Section Officer (Development), Government of the Punjab, I&C Wing, S&GAD, H-Block Building, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.

2. In case of other relevant degrees, the equivalence certificate issued by the HEC / Competent Forum will be provided by the candidate.

3. The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job / post specific, non-pensionable & conferring no right for regularization.

4. Failure in forwarding applications either by portal or courier service shall be stand rejected.

5. Only relevant and post qualification experience shall be considered; however, internship / training period will not be considered as an experience.

6. The offered monthly salary is inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes. Monthly deductions shall be made at source by the Department in accordance with the prevailing Income Tax Ordinance and FBR rules.

7. All applications must reach by courier latest by 17.11.2026 before closing hours (i.e. 5:00 p.m) with clearly indicating the name of post applied for on the upper right corner of the envelope, otherwise application would not be accepted.

8. Separate form and envelope should be used for each post in case of a candidate opting to apply for two or more posts.
