JOB OPPORTUNITIES: The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017), invites applications for the following vacancies in PPHI Balochistan on a purely temporary basis.

1. Finance Officer

• No. of Posts: 12
• Regional Offices: Khuzdar, Naseerabad, Loralai, Pishin, Awaran, Kachi, Jhal Magsi, Jaffarabad, Surab, Barshore, Chaman.
• Salary Package (Monthly): 85,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

MBA Finance, M-Com, BBA(Finance) or equivalent from any recognized university, with 2 years of relevant experience in finance.

– Age: Less than 55 years.

2. M&E Officer

• No. of Posts: 04
• Regional Office: Basima (Washuk), Barkhan, Barshore, Dera Bugti.
• Salary Package (Monthly): 85,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Sciences, MBA, MBBS, or equivalent from any recognized university, with 2 years of relevant field experience.

– Age: Less than 55 years.

3. Pharmacist

• No. of Posts: 01 (Head Office)
• Salary Package (Monthly): 110,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Qualified Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or equivalent with 2 years of relevant professional experience, registered with the Pharmacy Council, and skilled in pharmaceutical services, patient counseling, and safe medication management.

– Age: Less than 55 years.

4. System Administrator

• No. of Posts: 01 (Head Office)
• Salary Package (Monthly): 150,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and system administration. Hands-on experience in enterprise server administration, Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies, network and firewall security, LAN/WAN, VPN configuration, directory services, cloud-based email and collaboration platforms, cybersecurity, data center operations, storage management, system monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

Candidates holding CCNA, VCP, or equivalent networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity certifications will be given preference.

5. Software Developer

• No. of Posts: 01 (Head Office)
• Salary Package (Monthly): 150,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in software development, web application development, and database management. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server are required. Experience in RESTful API development, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, debugging, application maintenance, and legacy system modernization is preferred. Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, software architecture, and secure coding practices, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be an advantage.

6. Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

• No. of Posts: 01 (Head Office)
• Salary Package (Monthly): 100,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in software quality assurance, manual and automated testing, test case design and execution, bug tracking, regression testing, and API testing. Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, SQL databases, and testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JIRA is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are required.

– Age: Less than 55 years.

7. Psychologist / Psychosocial Case Worker

• No. of Posts: 02
• Locations: BHU Sargesha-Chagai and BHU Urgas- Killa Saifullah.
• Salary Package (Monthly): 110,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in psychosocial support/case management. Female candidates only. Must be proficient in the local language, with good communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of Psychological First Aid (PFA), referral pathways, and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) will be preferred.

8. IT Assistant, Level 2 Support

• No. of Posts: 05
• Locations: Head Office and Telehealth Nerve Center Quetta.
• Salary Package (Monthly): 70,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent, with skills in IT technical support, Level 2 troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and maintenance, Windows operating systems, LAN/WAN networking, user account management, printers, and IT asset management. Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, remote desktop support, and basic cybersecurity practices will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and end-user support skills are required. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

9. Office Assistant

• No. of Posts: 05
• Locations: Basima (Washuk), Khuzdar, Quetta, Naseerabad, Loralai Regional Offices.
• Salary Package (Monthly): 50,000/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, Computer Science, BS(IT) or equivalent from a recognized university.

– Age: Less than 55 years.

10. Electrician

• No. of Posts: 02
• Location: Tele-Health Nerve Centre Quetta.
• Salary Package (Monthly): 40,700/- Gross Pay
• Qualification / Experience:

Matriculation with a relevant technical diploma or electrician certification, and at least 2 years of experience in electrical installation, Generator, solar operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair along with knowledge of electrical safety standards is required.

– Age: Less than 55 years.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The positions will be filled purely on a temporary basis under the control and management of PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable on an annual performance report.

2. Applicants holding local domicile shall be given preference.

3. Only the short-listed candidates will be called for the written test & interview on a date and time to be communicated.

4. On detailed scrutiny of documents, if found ineligible, his/her candidature will be rejected.

5. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the PPHI-B Promatrix Examination.

6. The Company reserves the right to amend/cancel the hiring process or the number of posts at any stage.

7. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

8. In addition to salary Risk Allowance & Pay for Performance (P4P) shall be admissible as per rules and policy of PPHI-B from time to time where applicable.
