Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals having requisite qualification, experience, domicile/quota and age to fill the following regular positions in the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan: –

1. Accountant

BPS: BPS-16
Number of Posts: 01
Quota/Domicile: Balochistan (6% Provincial quota)
Age Limit: 21–30 Years (+05 years General Age Relaxation + 05 years additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan)
Qualification/Other Requirements:
B.COM / BBA from a recognized university with three (03) years’ service experience in the relevant field in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body.

2. Lower Division Clerk

BPS: BPS-11
Number of Posts: 01
Quota/Domicile: Balochistan (6% Provincial quota)
Age Limit: 18–25 Years (+05 years General Age Relaxation + 05 years additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan)
Qualification/Other Requirements:
Matric with minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. The selected candidates shall have to undertake and qualify 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office), conducted by the NITB, within one year.

3. Terms and Conditions

1. Applicants are required to apply online via National Job Portal (https://njp.gov.pk). No need to send a hard copy of the CV and documents.

2. 05 Years General Age relaxation will be allowed for all posts. Further relaxation in age will be admissible according to the Government policy/rules.

3. All applications are processed based on information/data provided by the applicants through their online profiles. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

4. Applicant shall present his/her original documents along with set of attested copies of degree / certificates issued by HEC / recognized Board / Universities / Institutes as well as CNIC and Domicile Certificate, at the time of interview. In case any information furnished by the applicant is found fake or bogus, his or her candidature shall stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken against such a candidate, during any stage of recruitment, and also after employment.

5. Those who are already in Government Service should apply through a proper channel.

6. The experience as part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee will not be considered/counted as experience.

7. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

8. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.

9. Last date for submission of online application is November 10, 2026. Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.

10. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
