Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire/recruit suitable Pakistani Nationals holding Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate, through WALK IN INTERVIEW against 197 vacant posts in SPS-01 to SPS-15 for BISP HQ Islamabad and its Field Offices located at the Geographical limits of Balochistan as per following details, purely on temporary basis:

1. BISP HQ Islamabad

1. Assistant (Accounts/SPS-15)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with second Class or Grade ‘B’ or 2.7/4.0 CGPA Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounts/Commerce or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

2. Executive Assistant (SPS-15)

Number of Posts: 03
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with second class or Grade ‘B’ with minimum 2.7/4.0 CGPA Bachelor’s Degree (14 years of Education) or equivalent, from HEC recognized University/Institution.
Skill: A minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing respectively.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

3. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (SPS-13)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualification: Minimum F.A/F.Sc/HSSC or equivalent with 2nd Division.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (SPS-11)

Number of Posts: 02
Qualification: Minimum Matric/SSC or equivalent with 2nd Division.
Skill: Minimum 30 w.p.m. typing speed.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

5. Driver (SPS-04)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualification: Minimum Primary Pass.
Requirement: Must possess a valid LTV/HTV driving license.
Age Limit: 18–30 years.

2. BISP Balochistan Region

1. Assistant (Admn/Complaint/NSER/M&E/Field) (SPS-15)

Number of Posts: 72
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with second Class or Grade ‘B’ or 2.7/4.0 CGPA Bachelor degree or equivalent in any subject from HEC recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

2. Assistant (Admn & Accounts) (SPS-15)

Number of Posts: 29
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with second Class or Grade ‘B’ or 2.7/4.0 CGPA Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounts/Commerce or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

3. Assistant Legal (SPS-15)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with second Class or Grade ‘B’ or 2.7/4.0 CGPA Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

4. Driver (SPS-04)

Number of Posts: 24
Qualification: Minimum Primary Pass.
Requirement: Must possess a valid LTV/HTV driving license.
Age Limit: 18–30 years.

5. Chowkidar (SPS-01)

Number of Posts: 30
Qualification: Minimum Primary with good physical health.
Preference: Ex-servicemen will be given preference.
Age Limit: 18–40 years.

6. Naib Qasid (SPS-01)

Number of Posts: 31
Qualification: Minimum Primary Pass.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

7. Sweeper

Number of Posts: 02
Qualification: Literate.
Age Limit: 18–25 years.

3. How to Apply

1. The interested/eligible candidates who meet the above-mentioned criteria are required to apply online through the prescribed application form through the National Job Portal (NJP) at https://njp.gov.pk/.

2. Candidates shall appear for a walk-in interview at designated locations in respective districts of Balochistan on dates to be announced later. Candidates must bring their original documents along with one set of duly attested photocopies for verification.

3. The vacancies mentioned at Sr. Nos. 4 to 7 of Table-2 are preferably required to be filled on local basis. Further details regarding these vacancies are available on the BISP’s official website.

4. Candidates having local/domicile certificate of relevant region (Sr. Nos. 4 to 7 of Table-2) are required to apply against posts reserved for that particular area/region.

5. Candidates are advised to fill in the entire application form carefully, particularly ensure correct entries of personal particulars, name of post, CNIC No., domicile, educational qualification, religion, gender, nature of disability, date of birth and functional phone number etc.

6. Transgender persons can apply as per his/her self-perceived gender identity in accordance with the provisions of Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018 and as gender mentioned on CNIC.

7. Separate online application form shall be used to apply for more than one post.

4. General Information/Instructions

1. Recruitment will be done at doorstep (at Districts level) with help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.

2. All recruitment (SPS-1 to 15) to be done by Walk-in-interview (No Entry & Written Test).

3. Upper age relaxation of 5 years instead of existing 3 years in addition to 5 years general age relaxation.

4. Age shall be calculated upto the last date of submission of application forms.

5. Government employees shall apply through proper channel.

6. At the time of final selection, candidates will be examined by the authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government.

7. In case of fake/bogus/non-verification of domicile/local certificate, the appointment letter will not be issued.

8. Character and antecedents and documents of selected candidates shall be verified. In case of any incorrect/false information or criminal record, selection shall stand withdrawn/cancelled. Besides, legal/departmental proceedings shall also be initiated against the candidate.

9. Original documents shall be checked at the time of interview. Candidates applying against Minority/Disabled quota shall have to produce relevant certificate/documentary proof.

10. BISP reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel/withdraw the recruitment at any stage due to any administrative issue/reason.

11. No TA/DA will be granted for interview.
