Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree is required from a well reputed institution (MBA will be a Plus)- BE /MBA
Experience: 10-15 years relevant experience in Telecom / ICT sales
Technical Competencies:
- Experience in Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management within IT industry or IT service provider.
- Proven track record of achieving and over-achieving targets.
- Have managed the teams before.
- Proven history of successfully interacting with customers and delivering solutions which meets customer expectations.
- Well versed with sales methodologies including but not limited to, The Challenger Sales, MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, etc.
- Exceptional planning and organization experience.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under urgency and stress.
- Be a self-motivator, problem-solver, and out-of-the-box thinker.
