Printkraft Private Limited (A subsidiary of Interloop Holdings) is looking for a qualified candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, along with 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Printing amp; Packaging industry, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
The role requires strong expertise in managing daily post-press operations, production planning, and quality standards to ensure timely OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) deliveries. Candidates should have sound knowledge of machinery monitoring, preventive maintenance planning, staff supervision and training, continuous improvement, waste reduction, packaging quality, and OEE data analysis.
Applicants with strong leadership, problem-solving, ERP, and MS Office skills, along with a proven ability to enhance productivity and operational efficiency, will be preferred.
Location: Printkraft, M-3 Industrial City, Sahianwala, Faisalabad.
