Role Overview
Position: Floor Manager (Retail Banking)

Experience Required: 3-4 years in Branch Banking with sound branch products knowledge
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s preferred)

What You’ll Do
As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in floor supervision and branch performance by:
Driving Business Targets: Achieving assigned goals across Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Cross-Selling, and overall Branch Profitability.
Ensuring Control & Compliance: Improving and maintaining a strong overall control environment in line with JS Bank’s policies and regulatory procedures.
Managing Branch Operations: Supervising daily floor activities to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Who Should Apply?
Candidates with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in retail/branch banking.

Job Description: Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch with a focus on achieving assigned targets of CA, SA, Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other assigned targets while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branches considering laid down policies and procedures of the bank.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Results: Lead from the front to achieve and exceed assigned CA, SA, cross-selling, and profitability metrics.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
Lead & Inspire: Supervise, mentor, and empower branch staff to deliver seamless customer service.
Market Expansion: Build local business networks and expand JS Bank’s footprint in the area.

Experience: 7-8 years Branch Banking experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s will be preferred)
