Location: Al Ghazali University, Karachi

The Assistant Director QEC will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance initiatives at Al Ghazali University (AGU), in accordance with HEC requirements. The role includes coordinating institutional evaluations, preparing reports, conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, & ensuring compliance with HEC frameworks, including PREE, PGRP, RIPE, YPR, and PSG–2023.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing HEC quality assurance policies and institutional quality enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate PREE, PGRP, and RIPE activities, including relevant reports and documentation.
Support departments in preparing self-assessment reports, compliance documents, & improvement plans.
Conduct stakeholder surveys, analyze feedback, and prepare reports with recommendations.
Monitor YPR and PSG–2023 requirements and facilitate compliance reporting.
Maintain institutional data, quality indicators, and evidence for HEC assessments.
Conduct internal quality reviews, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions and QEC activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree preferred from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
At least 3 years of experience at QEC department in a HEC recognized University/Institute.
Good understanding of PREE, PGRP, and RIPE, with the ability to assist in report preparation.
Experience in conducting surveys and preparing analytical reports.
Good understanding of YPR and PSG–2023.
