Job Location: Ombre Apparel Park (Lahore – Manga Raiwind Road)
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting and supervising all denim washing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role requires strong technical knowledge of denim wash processes and hands-on experience in garment washing operations. It includes developing and optimizing wash recipes, ensuring accurate chemical dosing and process control, and troubleshooting wash defects. The position monitors manpower utilization to maintain operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
- Preferred Education: Bachelors in relevant field
- Minimum Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies:
- Strong technical expertise in garment washing, dyeing processes, special effects, & denim production management
- Proficiency in handling transition styles, shade control, recipe development, and quality risk mitigation
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and operational efficiency in washing units
- Awareness of sustainability challenges and ability to develop eco-friendly, production-ready wash solutions
- Solid understanding of buyer standards, internal quality requirements, and compliance protocols
- Effective coordination and communication skills
