RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring security protocols and policies.
Supervise and manage security personnel and third-party service providers.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Monitor access control systems, surveillance systems, and other security infrastructure.
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
Develop and execute strategies to minimize theft, fraud, and other types of loss.
Investigate incidents of loss or breaches and document findings with corrective action plans.
Conduct risk assessments for various operational areas.
Recommend and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
Support crisis response teams during emergencies and incidents.
Ensure effective communication and coordination during security or safety incidents.
Prepare and implement incident response plans.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminology or a related field.
Experience: 5 – 7 years of relevant experience.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Proficiency in conducting internal/external theft investigations.
Ability to defuse high-stress situations, handle confrontational individuals, and effectively mentor a diverse guard force.
