WE’RE HIRING! Head of Performance Marketing

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience:

7-10 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
Demonstrated experience running paid advertising campaigns for online brands.

Requirement:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS and minimize customer acquisition costs.
Drive e-commerce growth by improving website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
Manage and optimize online marketplace sales across Amazon, Daraz, and Alibaba, including product listings, advertising, promotions, and sales performance.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and website visibility.
Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets, sales metrics, and marketing ROI using GA4 and relevant analytics tools.
Identify new digital sales opportunities and present performance reports and growth strategies to senior management.
