Jadeed Group is looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to manage site store operations and material handling at our Mankera project.
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or a relevant field will be preferred.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a construction company/project.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and site-store operations.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites.
- Experience in Store/Inventory Management, preferably in the Construction Industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site store operations and material handling.
- Receive, inspect, and issue construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, issue notes, and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and safe handling of materials.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Procurement, Accounts, and Project Management regarding material requirements.
- Control material wastage, shortages, and unauthorized issuance.
