Job Location: Port Qasim and HUB Plant

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day factory administration and ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
Manage labor-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Handle workers’ payroll inputs for timely and accurate processing.
Implement and maintain 5S practices across the plant to promote workplace efficiency and discipline.
Support implementation of HSE standards and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate safety inspections, identify potential risks, and follow up on corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.
Oversee plant security, access control, security personnel and visitor management to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
Coordinate with security teams for effective handling of emergencies, incidents and security-related matters.
Manage general administration activities including housekeeping, canteen, transport, facility maintenance, utilities, and other employee support services.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Maintain proper records, reports and documentation related to administration, security, HSE and general plant services.
Support management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
