CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, is mandated to develop and promote Pakistan’s Information Technology and IT-enabled Services (IT/ITeS) sectors, drive export growth, and position Pakistan as a globally competitive destination for technology and digital services. Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is seeking highly capable individuals for the following roles on a contract basis under PSDP Project “GDPR-Driven ISO Compliance & IT Export Enhancement Program”.

Position: Project Manager (PPS-09)

Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences/ Human Resource/ Business Administration/ Computer Sciences/ Engineering/ IT. Certification in CISA/ CISSP/ ISO27001/ GDPR shall be preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies. Candidates with prior experience in PSDP, ADP, or other government-funded projects will be given preference.

Position: Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09)

Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: MBA Finance/ICMA/ACCA or equivalent from a university/ institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: 08 years of relevant post qualification experience of working as Finance / Accounts Officer, processing of bills, payable, receivables and complex financial transaction, reconciliation of funds and cash flows/plan, financial projection and conducting financial analysis and due-diligence, knowledge of tax laws, sales tax etc. International Certification is preferred

Position: Project Officer (PPS-08)

Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences/Human Resource/Business Administration/Computer Sciences/IT
Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Development / Project Management /Capacity Development projects. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/ Government Projects experience

Position: Assistant Manager Monitoring and Evaluation (PPS-08)

Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences/Human Resource/Business Administration/ Computer Sciences/IT/Project Management
Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification in Project Management/ Monitoring and Evaluation of projects with at least 3 years of working in PSDP Projects
