NOW HIRING | PM BSS DEPARTMENT
Netkom Technologies is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our BSS Department in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Position : PM – BSS
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in telecom/BSS project management.
Experience working with multiple telecom vendors will be preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of modern 3G/4G technologies, including Massive MIMO, 4T6S, 8T8R, and network reframing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing telecom projects from planning through deployment and closure.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used by major telecom vendors operating in Pakistan.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Commercial, Technical, Procurement, and Operations teams for:
- Project risk assessment and mitigation
- Smooth project execution and operations
- Issue resolution and timely escalation
- Effective customer communication
- Risk-free system/project deployments
- Post-deployment financial recovery and closure
- Strong understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining strong, healthy, and professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
