We are looking for a commercially driven, trend-focused, and customer-centric professional to join our team and lead the Cosmetics category.
Open Position: Product Manager – Cosmetics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or a relevant field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or retail product/category management
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, makeup, fragrances, beauty accessories, and personal care products
- Good understanding of beauty trends, customer preferences, product positioning, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Experience in product selection, assortment planning, range development, and category expansion
- Ability to identify new products, brands, and market opportunities based on sales trends and customer demand
- Experience in sales analysis, inventory planning, stock replenishment, and product performance evaluation
- Coordination with vendors, suppliers, marketing, supply chain, e-commerce, and retail operations to ensure product availability and effective execution
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, promotions, product launches, and category profitability
- Strong negotiation, vendor-management, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commercial and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple brands and product categories effectively
