𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking a visionary and commercially driven 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to lead the company’s financial strategy, drive sustainable growth, and strengthen financial performance and governance.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, FP&A, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
Provide strategic recommendations to the Directors and Board based on financial analysis.
Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, variance analysis, and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, surplus fund utilization, and approved investment strategies.
Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, credit facilities, and negotiate banking terms and funding structures.
Lead tax planning, corporate taxation, sales tax, withholding tax, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
Manage relationships with FBR, SECP, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Lead BI and develop financial and operational dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
Monitor store-wise, category-wise, and SKU-level profitability, including gross margins, inventory turnover, markdown impact, and operating profitability.
Oversee retail financial performance, expansion initiatives, inventory financing, stock controls, and inventory productivity with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, governance frameworks, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
Lead internal and external audit coordination and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Chairman and Directors.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams across Treasury, Taxation, BI, Budgeting & Reporting, FP&A, and Financial Operations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

CA (Chartered Accountant); CFA, ACCA, or MBA Finance is an advantage.
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 8+ years in a senior finance role.
Experience in Retail, Fashion Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Multi-Branch Operations is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in Treasury, Taxation, BI, Budgeting & Reporting, FP&A, and Internal Controls.
