We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and commercially driven professionals to join our Footwear Merchandising Team.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐬 (Women’s, Men’s, Kids & Boys)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
5+ years of relevant experience in footwear production, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
Strong expertise in Women’s, Men’s, Kids & Boys footwear categories
In-depth knowledge of footwear technicalities, materials, components, construction, and production processes
Strong understanding of footwear quality standards, costing, and factory capabilities
Ability to assess and allocate production to the right factories based on capability, capacity, quality, and cost
Experience in managing factory operations, vendors, and production teams
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, capacity management, and workflow optimization
Ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and cost targets are achieved
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve production issues effectively
Experience in managing the end-to-end footwear production process
Strong understanding of quality control, defect prevention, and corrective actions
Ability to monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery
Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple production priorities
Willingness to travel to factories and production sites as required
