Position: Logistics Support Officer
Location: Machike
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Relevant logistics or fleet operations certification preferred.
Experience Level:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, fleet, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in oil & gas, OMC, or logistics preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely order execution and deliveries within ETA.
- Schedule and pair vehicles against assigned orders.
- Monitor vehicle journeys, tracking, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with drivers on route safety, hazards, and operational issues.
- Maintain delivery acknowledgements and fleet movement records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Tracker teams.
- Update OGRA portal records and prepare daily/weekly fleet reports.
Requirements; - Knowledge of fleet operations, OGRA requirements, tracking systems, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
