Position: Jr. Officer (Order Booker) – Marketing
Requirement
Job Location: Lahore
The Order Booker is responsible for facilitating sales team through effective communication and coordination between marketing and finance teams. This position plays a critical role in smooth order execution and ensuring efficient operation of marketing functions.
Qualification & Experience:
- Business graduate or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing role.
Desired Behavioural/Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficient use of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and SAP
Responsibilities:
- Timely execution of orders.
- Coordination with Finance department for payments posting.
- Maintain overall coordination with all retail staff, including DGMs, ASMs, TMs.
- Facilitate close coordination between HO and regional offices to gather any necessary information.
- Help maintain marketing databases and ensure the accuracy of records and data.
- Ensure updated retail & direct customers data is maintained on daily basis.
