- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Maintain updated scholarship records, including opportunities, eligibility criteria, requirements, deadlines, and application status.
- Guide students in identifying suitable scholarships, preparing applications, completing documentation, and meeting deadlines.
- Review applications, follow up on missing documents, coordinate interviews, and communicate decisions and next steps to students.
- Liaise with scholarship providers and university departments while maintaining accurate and confidential student records.
- Provide student support, prepare basic reports, and manage multiple applications using MS Office with strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
