Job Responsibilities:
- Lead fabrication and manufacturing activities, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close engineering and capital projects.
- Oversee machine design, development, and modifications for tyre manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate fabrication, assembly, installation, and testing of equipment.
- Manage on-site erection, commissioning, and performance validation of machinery.
- Ensure compliance with engineering; standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, and operational efficiency.
