Haier is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Purchase Sub Sec I/C – P1 to join our Procurement team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily procurement operations, coordinating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining accurate procurement records, following up with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage purchase demands, verify specifications and obtain competitive quotations from relevant markets.
- Handle project and routine purchasing, including price approvals, negotiations and Purchase Order issuance.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, goods receipt, payments, GRN and invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, filing, and SAP transactions in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance, Inventory, and Maintenance /Store teams and report purchasing activities to the Indirect Purchase Department Head.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- BA / BBA / MBA in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, quotation analysis and purchasing skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel
