Looking for MA/AM Business Development in Corporate Sales.

What are the expectations from this job? (minimum 5 or maximum to 10)
Coordination
• Maintain close liaison with operations, investments, Finance, & IT departments to ensure quality services to corporate and distributor’s clients with 0% pending issues and complaints.
• Compilation of reports for AU M , DSR, Dashboard & raising flags.
• Sales Support i.e. Preparation of proposals, sending letters to corporate clients
• Review of Commission Workings & Reports sent by Finance including FRF, KPI Dashboards, Top 50 Clients, All Clients, IC Business M IS and IC Business Transaction Report.
• Arranging Withholding tax certificates for distributors on quarterly basis
• To disburse quarterly commission working to the clients in liaison with Finance department
• Handle distribution channel, customer agreements and addendums
• Provide guidance for new account opening
• Sending account statementr to the clients on request
• Work on Distributor/ SMA portal along with Corporate Team and extend support / assistance to Head of Project & his team of Development of Portal.
• Extend support and ensure use of CRM.
• Liaison with New / Existing clients with active follow ups for pending documents recovery.
• Liaison with new / existing clients with active follow ups for pending documents and servicing clients.
Business Development
• Work on distributor project and ensure alignment of distributors region wise
• To introduce Fresh Corporate customers
• To ensure activation of Dormant Corporate customers
• To visit clients every month and maintain a log
• To serve as a key liaison for all corporate distributors. Aim to achieve 0% pending issues and complaints. Also aim to enhance AU M for existing distributors and bring more distributors onboard
