Position: Assistant Manager-Electrical
Role Summary
The role involves supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity across the facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical capability in industrial electrical systems, a preventive maintenance mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with production teams while upholding safety and efficiency standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- BS/MS in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Prior exposure to textile processing operations will be preferred
Essential Competencies
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and power distribution
- Expertise in troubleshooting electrical faults and equipment-related issues
- Familiarity with electrical panels, control systems, and PLC-based operations
- Understanding of instrumentation devices and their maintenance requirements
- Preventive maintenance orientation with focus on reliability and uptime
- Awareness of electrical safety, compliance, and load monitoring practices
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and operational software
- Ability to perform effectively in shift-based industrial operations
