Position: Executive for Sales & Marketing department
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with the Head of Sales to manage and follow up on the assigned client portfolio, ensuring timely engagement and conversions.
- Proactively engage with existing and potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to generate business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings between clients and the Head of Department, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Collect, analyse, and report client feedback to support continuous improvement in services and offerings.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through active follow-ups and coordination.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Manage and handle the company’s social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including content planning, posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content strategy and improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, marketing campaigns, and social media performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, client management, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools.
