Who are we looking for?

At least three years’ experience of fraud investigation / audit / risk management / credit / branch banking operations/sales in a financial institution preferably a commercial/microfinance Bank.
Preferably a Masters from HEC recognized institute with top quartile grades with specialization in business administration/commerce/accounting/ finance/economics/law.

Key Requirements:

Conduct assigned fraud investigations as per approved procedure with full evidence collection, documentation, and defensibility.
Ensure findings are submitted in a clear, structured format, ready for DAC presentation.
Coordinate with other fraud investigaiton team when multi-resource deployment is required for complex or widespread frauds.
Ensure timely closure of cases within defined turnaround time (TAT).
Support DAC deliberations by preparing strong investigation summaries and responding to queries or clarification requests.
Track appeal outcomes and participate in re-investigation if directed, ensuring case integrity is maintained.
Maintain investigation files (digital and physical) with scan availability, structured documentation, and proper case trails
Ensure records are legally defensible and complete for potential submission to Insurance, Legal, or management units.
Assist in preparation and submission of DAC referral notes and fraud case summaries.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Insurance, HR, Ops) for lodgment of claims, litigation follow-ups, and recovery traceability (e.g., BB/ADC mapping).
Participate in fraud awareness or policy input initiatives and assist in delivering fraud-related sessions to staff.
Respond to audit queries, support CRO/FRMU Manager on special assignments or procedural reviews as and when required.
