Position Title: Senior Manager Products/ Head of Products

We are seeking exceptional product professionals to lead and support the design, innovation, and standardization of mortgage and housing finance products within a unique model focused on product development and ecosystem enablement, offering a strong opportunity to influence the broader housing finance market at the intersection of product development, policy, and ecosystem building.

Design and launch new mortgage/refinance products and introduce enhancements to existing offerings.

Drive development of market-relevant and scalable product solutions aligned with housing finance needs through research and market feedback.

Promote standardization of mortgage products across Partner Financial Institutions.

Conduct periodic market reviews, competitor benchmarking, and analysis of evolving industry practices.

Translate market insights into actionable product improvements and innovation opportunities.

Deliver structured trainings, workshops, and capacity-building programs for PFIs.

Lead customer awareness initiatives, including roundtables and engagement sessions.

Educate stakeholders on best mortgage lending practices to improve adoption and effectiveness.

Guide PFIs on Credit Guarantee Schemes (CGS) parameters and frameworks
Promote adoption and understanding of Environmental & Social (E&S) standards.

Ensure alignment with defined product frameworks, policies, and institutional guidelines.

Identify gaps in loan processing, product implementation, and operational workflows.

Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across PFIs.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for product-related initiatives.

Engage with financial institutions, regulators, and international development partners.

Facilitate high-impact interactions, including industry forums, stakeholder sessions, and partner engagements.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Preferably have Masters degree in Business Administration.

Experience: At least have 10 years of relevant experience. Product development, market analysis, training, stakeholder management, process improvement, and ESG compliance, with strong leadership and communication.

Position Title: Manager IT

Job Description:

Management of Primary & DR Datacenters Server Systems & Server Operating Systems, ensuring that each server has 100% uptime.

Accountable for administering and maintaining the 7x24x165 enterprise-wide systems.

Management of Active Directory, Kaspersky Enterprise Solution & Storage environment.

Management of HCI Module, virtual machines, Networking, Backup & Recovery of virtual environment.

Providing server-end support for LAN/WAN based applications, Storage Area Network (SAN) and virtual environments.

Manages and optimizes computer, software and network systems to ensure high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the supported business applications.

Perform backups of critical servers & application, routine audits of system logs and activity on all servers and devices.

Install and configured new server hardware & software, supervising the installation at the client end.

Available on call outside of normal work hours for any emergencies or service interruptions, or major activities that require evening or weekends.

Review and schedule releases of software updates, patches, service packs, & servers tuning as necessary.

Troubleshoot problems in networks, web services, mail services, and Internet services.

Liaison with service providers and vendors.

Maintain a broad knowledge of operating systems, datacenter solutions, software and hardware.

Management, Configuration & Troubleshooting of different series of Lenovo Servers, Storage & Backup Solutions.

Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary.

Troubleshooting and providing support to end users at all levels.

Knowledge of website maintenance.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Masters/Bachelor’s in IT or a related degree from a reputable HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

At least 6 years of experience in IT Function.
Strong Technical & communication skills.
